The aim . To beef up the dry cleaning and laundry services in Soshanguve that has already been established two years back. Its main focus is at individuals in the area and would consider businesses in the vicinity as well. The results .Establishing of additional employment for at least four (4) full time staff, including the Managing Director. At inception he employees were provided with extensive training and refresher training or workshops to keep up with changes in work or business conditions for the current laundry business. Further training will however be necessary even this time around for familiarisation with new products (dry cleaning, laundry, and sewing), customer relations and care, production and operations management, basic financial and administration management. .Establishing, and now expanding a 100% black-owned, controlled and managed laundry and dry cleaning project, using our already registered and multi-faceted trading company, Creative Thoughts Investments (Pty) Ltd. .Improving product and service delivery in the area and beyond, both dry cleaning and laundry activities. .Becoming recognised proficient cleaning products distributing professionals in the area and our focus is poised for growth nationally, through establishment of some distribution centres in the long-run, though the current focus is on Pretoria, Gauteng.
